Welcome to English Carnival Bangladesh!

We’ve combined the Terms & Conditions for participants into one document for your convenience. Please read carefully before registering.

Eligibility:

You must be a resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
You must fall within the specified age group or education level as per the competition guidelines (maximum age 35).

Registration:

Register through the official website
Complete the online form accurately with all required information. False information may lead to disqualification.
Pay registration fees and save the TrnxID. Failure to pay might result in cancellation.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Conduct:

Be respectful and sportsmanlike throughout the competition.
Cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.

Materials:

Ensure you have the necessary materials like a computer, internet access, and relevant software[ Zoom, Google Meet]
Unauthorized materials or aids will lead to disqualification.

Intellectual Property:

You retain ownership of the original work submitted during the competition.
By participating, you permit organizers to use your name, Picture, Contact information, likeness, and submissions for promotional purposes related to English Carnival Bangladesh.

Liability:

Organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the competition.
Participants are responsible for their safety and well-being.

Disqualification:

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant violating these terms.
Disqualification decisions are final.

Amendments:

Organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
Participants will be notified through the official website or other channels.
Organizers can cancel or amend events/programs/classes/sessions anytime with or without notice.

Acceptance:

By registering, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions. You also agree to abide by any decisions taken by ICTOB management.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Transfer of Registration:

You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant with written notice to hello.ec.bd@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. The new participant must meet all registration requirements and agree to the terms & conditions.
