Non-Refundable Policy

• English Carnival Bangladesh understands that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration for an event. However, due to the nature of our events and the administrative costs involved in processing refunds, we have established a Non-Refundable Policy.
• All payments made for registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This means that once you have registered and paid for the event, you will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we may consider granting a refund at our sole discretion. However, please note that this is not guaranteed, and any refund granted will be subject to our evaluation of the circumstances and supporting documentation.
